Stress makes us believe that everything has to happen right now.

Faith reassures us that everything will happen in God’s timing.

It was more than twenty years ago that I wrote this cute little story. I tried many times to get it published but was cordially told “no” each time. I didn’t pursue publication with all my energies because I was happy raising my kids, volunteering, and working.

But I loved this story and believed that it was worthy or publication so I never truly left it alone.

It was April of 2013 that I thought I would pull out this manuscript and give it one more try. I submitted it once again and am thankful and humbled that they said yes.

So, after almost 25 years this story has come to life.
